How to Purchase

Please bear in mind that you may be purchasing unique pieces created by hand and for this reason are subject to slight variation in form and colour from item to item.

You can pay online through our secure server.

We accept payment by Paypal. You can pay with a credit or debit card over the phone if you do not have a Paypal account.


Deliveries and Turnaround Time

We sell ready to ship items as well as made to order pieces.

Ready to ship items will be dispatched within 7 days if free postage is selected. For quicker deliveries an alternative option must be selected on checkout.

Our turnaround time for items made to order is stated in the product description and will vary from 2-5 weeks depending on the complexity of the design and availablity of materials.


Returns and refunds

Please note we do not offer refunds on personalised or custom-made items.

Any unsatisfactory item must be returned with 14 days from receipt in an unworn/unused condition with all labels and tags intact, with the original shop receipt and at the customers own expense.

Postage costs (if paid for in original purchase) will not be refunded, only the cost of the original hat or fascinator.

If the item is not returned within 14 days then we cannot issue a refund, but will issue a credit note to the value of the purchase.

We do not accept returns from outside the UK.

Sale items are non-returnable.
