All the hats and fascinators handmade in this section have used pre-loved fabrics or feathers from other garments.

The hats using Harris & Donegal Tweed pattern pieces have been cut from jackets after being professionally washed and cleaned before sewing into hats.

The velvets are supplied from a Yorkshire company, so local to my business.

Feathers, straws and sinamay have been made by recycling the fabric from pre-loved hats, dyed to colour match and then shaped into new designs.
